Purpose and access
Menorah Parade System provides tools for coordinating menorah parades, including listener pages, music, announcements, messages and routes. Organizer accounts require approval by the system owner. Organizers may manage parades they create or that are assigned to them; the system owner manages account access and parade assignments.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account and parade information, keep your credentials private, and use only accounts and parades you are authorized to manage. Upload and share music, images, announcements and other content only when you have permission to use it. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, harassment or unauthorized access.
Connected Gmail
The owner may connect a Gmail account they control and authorize the system to send the organizer emails described in the connection settings. Connecting sends a test message to the chosen sender address. Automatic emails can be paused and the Gmail connection can be removed in Owner controls. Custom email drafts remain subject to your review and sending through your email app.
Playback and third-party services
Audio timing, playback, phone notifications, maps and email delivery depend on devices, network connections, browser permissions and third-party services. The system does not guarantee that every device will sound at exactly the same instant or that every message will reach a recipient’s inbox. Organizers can review readiness and email sending status in their controls.
Privacy and account changes
Information is handled as described in our privacy policy. The owner can approve, revoke or delete organizer accounts and manage associated parades. Review deletion prompts before confirming an action.
